A Day In Your Work Life

As the Director of Sales and Customer Success for Europe, you’ll be responsible for consulting with C-Level executives and helping them understand how Proceedix will guide their deskless workforce in an Industry 4.0 future. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing SaaS company and help shape and scale the sales and product support organization in Europe. We’re looking for a sharp, energetic team coach who is passionate about the digital transformation in the Industry 4.0. You will be in a strategic client-facing role and take ownership of all revenue generation for the European operations:  building, managing and developing a high-performance SaaS sales and customer success team; creating a methodical sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline; closing enterprise-level deals across our industry verticals and coaching product consultants for customer success and business expansion.


- Drive sales and expand the customer base within Europe

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and Medium-size businesses

- Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals

- Contact enterprise prospects to build a robust sales pipeline

- Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific needs and produce compelling business cases and RFQ answers

- Develop and implement a scalable sales process from demand generation through contract execution and expansion

- Hire and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives, Product Consultants, and Account Executives as the company grows

- Coach the customer success team members to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation for new clients

- Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyzing customer health metrics and running an NPS

- Sparring partner of the CEO on how to grow the business, aligning revenue and product support strategy with overall company objectives

Your profile

- Senior commercial profile with a minimum of 10 years of business experience and expertise

- Experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales

- Business (consulting) experience with industry 4.0 and enterprise digitization

- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales and customer success team

- Experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting

- Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team with a customer-centric culture

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals succeed

- Established relationships with Senior and C-level executives

- Master’s degree in business or related field
